Strengthening our resilience is an important strategy for improving personal and professional effectiveness, productivity, health and well-being. Resilience gives you the benefits of better sleep, improved teamwork and morale, the ability to deal with difficult situations and increased ability to focus, process information and enhance creativity.
This workshop will provide a practical framework of easy to learn and use self-regulation tools and resilience building practices that can be used at work, at home or on the go and will dramatically help you gain poise and clarity in the face of change and overwhelm.
